We're a Minneapolis-based sound and lighting rental team built for one thing: events that don't fall apart in the middle. Wedding receptions, ceremonies, corporate galas, holiday parties, fundraisers, ice shows, school dances, festivals — we've done all of them, and the lesson is the same every time. The gear matters less than the placement, the tuning, and the presence of someone watching the system at performance volume before guests arrive.

Most clients book a combination— speakers + lighting is the most common, and adding a wedding ceremony rig or special-effects moment is a frequent add-on. Our priority is quality, not the fastest yes. More speakers does not mean better sound.A pro 12" powered speaker weighs around 40 lbs; an 18" subwoofer weighs 70–100 lbs depending on the model. Loading, unloading, positioning, running cables through a mixer, setting gain stages, and running a real sound check is not "plug it in and go." That's why we don't offer self-pickup — and the $400 minimum order makes the labor savings nonexistent anyway.

What's the typical lead time for booking?+
We offer same-day booking when equipment is available, and reply to all inquiries within 1 hour. For weddings and major events, most clients book 2–6 months in advance to lock in the date — peak summer Saturdays book out fastest.
Can I combine multiple services in one booking?+
Yes — that's the most common booking. Speakers + lighting is the most popular combination. Adding a wedding ceremony rig or a special-effects moment (low fog, lasers) is a frequent add-on. Send us your event and we'll quote a combined package with a discount where it makes sense.
What's the minimum order?+
$400 minimum on sound and lighting bookings. DJ controller standalone rentals (Pioneer DDJ-800 from $200, AlphaTheta XDJ-AZ from $400) are not subject to the minimum.
Do you offer self-pickup?+
No — we deliver, set up, sound-check, and pick up. An 18" subwoofer weighs 70–100 lbs and gain stages don't set themselves. The $400 minimum order makes the labor savings nonexistent anyway, and it's the part of the night cheapest to get wrong if it's not handled right.
