We're a Minneapolis-based sound and lighting rental team built for one thing: events that don't fall apart in the middle. Wedding receptions, ceremonies, corporate galas, holiday parties, fundraisers, ice shows, school dances, festivals — we've done all of them, and the lesson is the same every time. The gear matters less than the placement, the tuning, and the presence of someone watching the system at performance volume before guests arrive.

Each of the six service pages above lists three sample packages. Most clients book a combination— speakers + lighting is the most common, and adding a wedding ceremony rig or special-effects moment is a frequent add-on. Send us your event details (date, venue, guest count) and we'll quote a custom build within the hour. There's no fee for the quote and no pressure on the call.

Our priority is quality, not the fastest yes. More speakers does not mean better sound.A pro 12" powered speaker weighs around 40 lbs; an 18" subwoofer weighs 70–100 lbs depending on the model. Loading, unloading, positioning, running cables through a mixer, setting gain stages, and running a real sound check is not "plug it in and go." That's why we don't offer self-pickup — and the $400 minimum order makes the labor savings nonexistent anyway.

Free delivery, professional setup, sound check, and post-event pickup are included with every booking within 20 miles of the Twin Cities. Statewide service for events past the metro with a per-mile travel fee. We regularly cover events in Minneapolis, St. Paul, Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Plymouth, Maple Grove, Woodbury, Eagan, Burnsville, Minnetonka, Edina, Lakeville, Shakopee, Stillwater, Cottage Grove, and the surrounding metro — plus regular trips north to Mora, west to Hutchinson, south to Faribault and Albert Lea, and east into the seven Wisconsin border cities (Hudson, River Falls, New Richmond, Prescott, Somerset, Baldwin, Roberts).

Hotel ballrooms across Bloomington and Edina (Sheraton Bloomington, Intercontinental St. Paul Riverfront), garden ceremonies and receptions at Hope Glen Farm, A'bulae, Day Block Event Center, vineyard weddings at Stone Lion Winery, golf club events at North Oaks and Oak Ridge Country Club, the MN Landscape Arboretum, plus Minnetonka Pride, the Woodbury Firefighter Challenge, ice shows at Albert Lea Ice Arena, live-band concerts in Faribault, and high school and college sports events across Minneapolis and St. Paul. Each venue has its own quirks — ballrooms with weird low-end resonance, barns with one 15-amp circuit, outdoor tents with no nearby outlet — and we tune the rig to the room.
